Delivery policy

Delivery is made by express courier, anywhere in Romania. Orders have a delivery cost of 20 lei (including VAT).

The delivery time is usually 3 working days, but the actual term will be communicated when confirming the order. Payment for the products is made by bank card when ordering the product or by cash on delivery, when the package is delivered by the courier, through the courier, who will issue you a receipt for this purpose.

IMPORTANT: when receiving the package, please check its integrity with the courier representative. We send the products in the best condition, but they may be damaged during transport:

  • If you notice external damage to the package, we recommend that you state this on the delivery documents, with the courier’s signature.
  • We also recommend that you open the package and check the products immediately after delivery. If you identify damaged products, please take photos and send us pictures of the problem products within 24 hours of delivery, to help us remedy the situation. Thank you!

Return Policy

According to Government Ordinance no. 130 of 2000, supplemented by Law 51 of 2003, on the legal regime of distance contracts, products purchased online can be returned.

The elumina online store complies 100% with the legislation in force, and the products purchased on our website can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Our customers will receive the money back, except for the delivery ones.

Careful! Only products in perfect condition can be returned, including packaging, accessories and related consumables. They must not show signs of wear or consumption.
